The materials we use and their properties are fully described on our website as well as the available sizes.

Except from the products we already offer on our website, we can fabricate custom made products on demand.

8. ORDERING OF GOODS AND CONSUMER PROTECTION

• 8.1 CONDITIONS OF ORDER

For the prices cited at www.epicobracelets.com.gr a V.A.T. of 24% is included.

For making an order at the e-shop www.epicobracelets.com.gr the following are required:

• The completion of a special form online with the required information for the conclusion of the sales contract.
• The unconditional acceptance of the terms of the sales contract and the terms of use and conditions, especially the collection and where required the use of personal data.

To be able to order it is not necessary to be a member of our business, but our advice is to join www.epicobracelets.com.gr, as the whole process will be much easier in any future use of the e-shop. Fill in the form your e-mail/username and password you provided when you registered and login to the members’ area.

If you are not already a member, click on the creation of a new account button. Fill in the new member registration form and give an active email account. The e-mail you will provide must exist as all our communication, will be made via the e-mail you provided during registration.

• 8.2 ORDERING PROCESS

The order is completed in 4 steps.

LOG IN / SIGN UP – In the 1st step you will be prompted to login if you are already a registered member or make a new sign-up.

DELIVERY– At the 2nd step you will be asked to enter the shipping information of the order and also to choose a Payment Method and a delivery option.

The Business is responsible to send to the customer the products he/she ordered anywhere in Greece or abroad, through the affiliated carrier company (and its partners). The affiliated carrier has a contract with us to deliver your order to your address.

If you reside in remote areas the affiliated carrier company can deliver your order with an extra charge. The charge for delivering your products depends on the zip code of your area and the weight of the products. In case you do not want to be charged with an extra cost you can receive your order for free from the office of the carrier company nearest to you. In case you reside in a remote area please call us by the time you place your order or before that on tel. +30 224024946.

After the deposit of the amount of your order in Ethniki Bank, you may send us the deposit receipt to accelerate the execution of your order. You may sent us an email at hello@epicobracelets.com indicating your name/surname and the number of your order. If you are unable to provide us with proof of payment, please send us an e-mail supplying us with the date of deposit, the name of the bank, the deposit number, the order number, your full name and a contact number to the above e-mail address.

If you choose to pay with cash on delivery the extra charges will be 1.50 Euros. Delivery of products is exclusively within the physical limits of Greece through the affiliated carrier company (and its partners). The client has no obligation to pay if he is not issued with the required legal document (receipt, invoice).

Charging your credit or debit card. The charge of the card takes place at the day the shipping procedure of the products commences, with the exception of products manufactured according to customer’s specifications or that are explicitly personalized, for which charging of the credit card takes place immediately after confirmation of your order. The e-shop www.epicobracelets.com.gr has taken all necessary measures for transaction safety through your credit card and all credit card holders are subjected to security checks. By choosing this specific means of payment you will be transferred to the secure transaction environment of the affiliated company undertaking the routing of Ethniki Bank cards, where all your card details will be asked. Epico Bracelets does not process or stores your card details.

In the case that your credit card is not approved by your bank, the business retains the right of canceling your order. In case of paying by credit card, during the delivery of the products the card holder is required to be present or a specially authorized by him person.

REVIEW & PAYMENT – In the 4th step you will find your order’s review processes concerning the Shipping Information, the Charge Information and the Method of Delivery as well as the review of your order. You can edit the Charge Information and the Shipping Information. In this step you will be notified about the charge of the value of the products and the shipping cost. To go to the next step and finalise your order you will have to agree on the Terms of Use.

9. RETURNS /CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS

When you are making your order through the e-shop www.epicobracelets.com.gr, you have the choice of cancelling your order within the day that the order took place and no later than 24 hours. You can cancel your order by sending an email to hello@epicobracelets.com entitled Order Cancellation. As soon as we receive this email, we will proceed with the cancellation.

Backing out and returning products due to a change of mind, you have the right to return the products you have bought, without penalty and without being obliged to let us know about the reason you wish to return the products, within a deadline of 14 calendar days commencing at the date you will receive the products. In that case you are only burdened with the immediate cost of returning the products.

Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return remain in the same condition with when you received them and are accompanied with the receipt of sales. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products manufactured according to the customer’s specifications or are explicitly personalized for the specific customer. The right to return is not applicable for orders made directly from our physical store in the Old Town or Rhodes as in this case this is not considered to be distance sales.

The return fees are exclusively paid by you. The receipt of the returned products will take place only when originating from the address you have originally stated for their shipment for which you have informed us in writing. The return products should be accompanied with the original receipt or invoice.

Within 14 days from the receipt of the returned products from, and in the case they have not been damaged or worn and all the terms for their return apply, our business will return to the client the value of the returned products by using the same method of payment that the client used for the initial transaction (e.g. credit card, deposit in a bank account), unless the client has explicitly agreed for something different in his return of Goods Form. In any case, the return of the value of the returned products will take place after you inform us in writing for your request to return the products and we agree on their return and under the term that the products have been delivered to the affiliated carrier company.

 If the returned product has been damaged or worn by customer’s fault or its value has decreased after a handling not necessary for determining the nature, the characteristics and the function of the products, our business will evaluate the cost of the damage and the height of their decrease in value and in the case that Epico Bracelets is obliged to return money to the customer, the corresponding amount of damage will be deducted from the total amount of the return.

Apart from the rights provided with the return policy, we recognize, in all respects, all rights that are in effect by current law provisions concerning the consumers and the legislation concerning the sales contract, and also any right arising in relation to the warranty conditions of the products.

10. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ADR)

By virtue of Directive 2013/11 / EC, incorporated in Greek Law by the Joint Ministerial Decision no 70330/2015, the mechanism of electronic dispute resolution of consumer disputes is envisaged, by the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedure in the European Union. 11. FORCE MAJEURE

If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather, strikes, etc.)it is not possible to deliver the products within the specified time we will notify you via e-mail, in order for you to state if you wish, under these conditions, the completion of your order. Epicobracelets.com.gr has no responsibility for any situation outside its own fault and will do everything humanly possible for your best accommodation.

The website reserves the right to modify or update, the available products, the sale prices and other terms and conditions of the transactions. Epico Bracelets assumes the obligation to update the current document for any change or addition.

12. CODE OF CONSUMER CONDUCT

13. GENERAL

Epicobracelets.com.gr reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of Greece and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Rhodes, Greece in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.
