When you place your order then you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us that your order has been received. Epico usually ships within 1-3 business days of ordering via ACS courier for Greece and DHL for Europe & Worldwide.

After we deliver your parcel to the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your parcel.

Your parcel is usually delivered to you within 1-6 working days for Greece and 1-10 days for Europe & Worldwide after dispatch.

Shipping might take longer than the time indicated above depending on National holidays, strikes or any other reason of force majeure. Epico is not responsible for any delays due to these circumstances. 

All of our prices are VAT included.

Customs duty are not covered. When you order you will be responsible for payment imports duties. 

Yes you can track your orders with your track ID that we will send you when your order is on its way!

Payment information is processed securely by the NBG-Bank platforms. No card information is transferred to or held by Epico. All transactions that take place in our e-shop are covered with the latest industry standard security protocols.

If you are out or away when your order is delivered, the courier will leave a note with a local number in order for you to contact them and arrange a different date for delivery!

In case you need extra help in selecting a product or encounter an issue , or in case you do not know which size is best for you, you can contact us directly and our team will immediately reply all of your questions. 

You have the right to ask for a refund and to return a product, strictly within 14 days from receipt of your order. Please note that certain restrictions may apply. For more information read our Terms and Conditions (chapter 9).

 

By requesting a refund you will be charged with: 

i)The shipping costs. 

ii)The insurance costs (if any). 

iii)The product clearance cost regarding non-EU countries. 

 

Refund is accepted only if each product you wish to return:

i) is accompanied by the original receipt and all other documents of purchase.

ii)The product is in the same excellent condition as delivered, unused, not damaged and accompanied by our original Epico packaging. 

iii) Has been received, checked and approved from our Epico team
